Finance Controller

About the role

The Financial Controller will lead the company’s finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance and strategic support. Based in Quezon City, this full‑time position works closely with senior leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and analyse financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee accounting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations, internal controls and company policies.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow, cost control and overall financial performance.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance and accounting team.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong accounting foundation with experience preparing financial statements.
• Expertise in finance reporting, budgeting, forecasting and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in financial leadership or controllership, preferably in distribution, FMCG or similar industries.
• High integrity, attention to detail and alignment with BENBY’s values of teamwork, accountability and honesty.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
