Finance Controller - CPA

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Controller with a CPA designation to lead our accounting and financial reporting functions across multiple entities. The role will be pivotal in strengthening internal controls, supporting rapid growth, and partnering with business leaders on strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead accounting, month‑end close, and financial reporting processes.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial statements for all entities.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and finance policies.
• Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and external audits.
• Drive finance transformation, system improvements, and process automation.
• Partner with business leaders on financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision‑making.
• Support fundraising, due diligence, M&A, and investor reporting as needed.
• Build a high‑performing finance organization capable of supporting rapid growth.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Group Financial Controller, Finance Director, or senior finance leader.
• Experience with a reputable audit firm is a strong advantage.
• Background in multi‑entity or fast‑growing organizations.
• Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, and internal‑controls expertise.
