Finance Controller - Controlling & Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Controller to oversee the Q‑Commerce portfolio across APAC, Europe and Turkey. Based in the Philippines, the role is part of the Regional Finance Insights team and supports financial planning, budgeting, reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with local and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely month‑end close for the Q‑Commerce portfolio.
• Develop and maintain tools and financial models for month‑end close, forecasts and annual budgets.
• Perform detailed variance analysis and prepare insightful management reporting decks.
• Drive process optimisation and standardisation, implementing new accounting processes and guidelines.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to assess performance and financial impact.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Business Insights teams to deliver value‑added analysis for forecasting and strategy.
• Support ad‑hoc projects and system implementations focused on automation and streamlining.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5‑6 years of experience in accounting, auditing or finance, preferably with Big 4 audit background.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive organisational change.
