Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will act as a strategic finance ally to McDonald’s Operations team, driving financial performance and supporting growth of sub‑franchised stores across the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to the Operations team, providing financial performance insights for sub‑franchised stores.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to improve store profitability and support operational decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Field Services to identify, evaluate, and implement initiatives that enhance sustainable profitability.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess current and future franchising strategies, including impact analysis and risk evaluation.
• Provide technical advisory on accounting policies, financial programs, and business plans to align with organizational objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, franchising, or the quick‑service restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Strong background in financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and internal controls.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence in Microsoft PowerPoint.
