Finance Business Partner – Business Finance Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner – Business Finance Controller to act as a strategic partner to the business unit, ensuring growth and profit targets are met through robust financial planning, reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the BU to drive financial planning, forecasting and reporting that supports business growth and profitability.
• Deliver end‑to‑end accurate reporting of results, trends and opportunities, and produce realistic quarterly targets and forecasts.
• Conduct business reviews, present data, highlight risks and opportunities, and monitor actions against the plan.
• Assist management in understanding financial inputs and their impact on the business.
• Drive cash generation, leverage synergies from new opportunities, and support profitable growth.
• Improve margins, achieve OPEX efficiencies and implement price adjustments across the product range.
• Identify and develop productivity actions across the business and supply chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field; CPA, CIMA, CMA or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum eight years of finance experience, including at least two years in a management role.
• Strong people‑leadership and P&L management capabilities.
• Strategic thinking, forecasting, budgeting, risk management and continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language, with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Big‑picture perspective combined with the ability to dive into detailed, complex issues.
