About the role
The Finance Business Partner Analyst provides financial insights, reporting and analysis to support business operations and performance. You will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, translating financial data into actionable recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business operations.
- Prepare and deliver regular financial reports for performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with business units to interpret financial data and recommend actions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Monitor key financial metrics and trends.
- Support month‑end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
Required profile
- Relevant degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to present findings.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
