Finance Business Intelligence Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical Finance Business Intelligence Specialist to join our regional team in the Philippines. You will work across APAC and Europe markets, turning complex data into actionable insights that drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose data‑visualisation solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end data projects: gather information, analyse trends, develop models and deliver automated reports.
• Review daily operational processes, identify improvement areas and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Analyze regional P&L performance, pinpoint revenue and cost drivers, and comment on variance against budget and historical benchmarks.
• Lead ad‑hoc strategic deep‑dives and translate raw data into actionable recommendations for regional leadership.
• Continuously automate and streamline reporting processes to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related quantitative field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in analytics, data science, Business Intelligence, Controlling or FP&A.
• Strong quantitative mindset with high attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple continents.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Tableau for building automated financial dashboards.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• SQL knowledge and experience.
