Finance Associate (Proby)

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Associate to join PwC’s Internal Firm Services team in Pasig. In this role you will support engagement teams and clients by providing advice on accounting, financial reporting and strategic business issues, helping to bridge information between consultants, clients and subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on accounting standards, financial reporting and strategic business matters to engagement teams and clients.
• Facilitate the exchange of relevant information among consultants, engagement teams and client subsidiaries.
• Assist clients in evaluating the impact of accounting and reporting standard‑setting initiatives.
• Support finance leaders in identifying performance gaps and delivering data‑driven decision support.
• Contribute to cost‑effective business solutions and improve stakeholder collaboration.

Required profile

• Associate‑level professional with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communicator, both verbally and in written materials.
• Collaborative team player who can build internal and external networks.
• Commitment to risk management, compliance procedures and PwC’s code of ethics.
• Willingness to stay up‑to‑date with developments in finance and accounting.

Required skills

• Ability to handle, manipulate and analyse data responsibly.
