Finance Assistant Controller

About the role

Republic Cement is seeking a Finance Assistant Controller to partner with plant leadership and drive financial performance, cost control, and data‑driven decision‑making across its operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for the plant.
• Monitor plant KPIs, costs and variances to ensure financial targets are met.
• Ensure accurate product costing and conduct financial analysis.
• Support capital‑expenditure tracking and operational‑efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive business results.
• Consolidate financial and operational data across all plant locations to provide timely, actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience in controlling, reporting and forecasting.
• Manufacturing experience preferred (at least 1 year).
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of influencing decisions.
