About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Finance Controller to partner with plant leadership, driving financial performance, cost control and data‑driven decision‑making. The role supports budgeting, forecasting and provides insight to improve operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for the plant.
- Monitor plant KPIs, costs and variances and report findings.
- Ensure accurate product costing and conduct financial analysis.
- Support capital‑expenditure tracking and operational‑efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve business results.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling, reporting and forecasting.
- Manufacturing experience preferred (at least 1 year).
