Finance Analyst, Tropical Oils

About the role

The Finance Analyst will support financial performance, reporting, and decision‑making for the Copra business across the Philippines and Indonesia. You will work on end‑to‑end operations, including crushing, refinery, origination (buying stations) and logistics, providing accurate analysis and actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support month‑end closing by reviewing operational and financial data across multi‑country sites.
• Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and identify key business drivers.
• Analyze production yields, inventory movements, and cost trends for crushing and refinery operations.
• Prepare and analyze periodic cost reports for crushing, refinery, origination and logistics functions.
• Develop rolling forecasts and support the annual budgeting process, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Origination teams to provide data‑driven insights for decision‑making.
• Facilitate cost‑review discussions, monitor cost‑saving initiatives and track forecast accuracy.
• Prepare regional and corporate reports, support gross‑profit analysis and maintain reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, support audits and identify process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A or cost management.
• Experience in manufacturing, agribusiness, commodities or supply‑chain operations.
• Exposure to multi‑site or cross‑country operations is an advantage.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
