Finance Analyst

About the role

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the Finance team with accurate analysis, budget monitoring, and insightful reporting that enable informed business decisions and contribute to financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, forecasts, and budget variances to support decision‑making.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the organization.
• Review expense reports for proper coding, accuracy, and documentation.
• Develop financial models and analyses for business initiatives and strategic proposals.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist during internal and external audits.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Purchasing, and other departments to gather and validate financial information.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, audit, financial planning, or analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or QuickBooks.
• Financial modeling and analysis.
