Fill/Pack Project Support

About the role

We are looking for a Fill/Pack Project Support professional to assist the Lipa Factory’s filling line throughout the duration of a specific project. The role ensures production requirements are met while maintaining safety, quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support filling line operations in line with project objectives and standard procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Prepare, verify and stage materials required for project‑related production.
• Monitor equipment performance and product quality, escalating issues as needed.
• Identify and report equipment breakdowns, abnormalities, quality concerns or project risks.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning, setup and changeover activities to meet timelines.
• Complete production records, monitoring sheets and project documentation accurately.
• Ensure proper handling, traceability and identification of materials and finished products.
• Adhere to GMP, safety, quality and operational procedures at all times.
• Support initiatives to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse and other cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in project meetings, continuous improvement activities and training.
• Perform other project‑related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Good teamwork and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
