Filling Line Operator – Tanauan Factory

About the role

The Filling Line Operator works on the RTD production line at our Tanauan factory, ensuring smooth operation of equipment and consistent product quality. This role is essential to meet daily production targets while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate filling line equipment according to production requirements and standard procedures.
• Prepare and verify materials before the start of each shift.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the run.
• Report any breakdowns, abnormalities, or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning, changeovers, and routine maintenance activities.
• Complete accurate production records and reports.
• Handle and identify materials and finished products according to GMP guidelines.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams as needed.
• Assist in minimizing downtime and supporting overall production efficiency.

Required profile

• Willingness to follow GMP, safety, quality, and work‑instruction requirements.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
