About the role
The Field Technician provides on‑site support for existing accounts, handling service requests, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves traveling to client locations, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs on LCD/LED television units.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze work orders, plan daily travel routes, and investigate customer complaints.
- Conduct tests, resolve problems, and document service actions.
- Repair LCD/LED TV components, including board and panel replacements.
- Order and gather required parts, install equipment, and perform acceptance tests.
- Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
- Complete forms, reports, logs, and records for each service visit.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in electronics repair, specifically LCD/LED TV servicing.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of service information.
- Willingness to stay updated through training and professional publications.
Required skills
- LCD/LED TV repair (board repair, panel replacement, unit repair).
