Field Technician

About the role

The Field Technician provides on‑site support to existing accounts, handling service requests, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves daily travel to client locations, performing repairs on LCD/LED televisions and related electronic components.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, plan daily travel routes, and investigate customer complaints.
• Conduct diagnostic tests, resolve technical problems, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Repair LCD/LED TV units, including board and panel replacements.
• Prepare and upload advertising content as required.
• Document all service actions, complete reports, logs, and installation forms.
• Maintain confidentiality of service information and uphold customer confidence.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in electronics repair, specifically LCD/LED TV servicing.
• Ability to study system requirements, order components, and complete installations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with effective communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
