Field Service Technician

About the role

The Field Service Technician will provide on‑site support for a variety of equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation across multiple client locations. Reporting to a supervisor, you will be involved in installation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting and customer interaction, often working in diverse field environments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and maintaining workspaces and service areas.
• Operate required equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines at every site.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspections, calibration and documentation.
• Install and set up equipment according to technical specifications.
• Diagnose and repair technical issues with equipment or systems.
• Maintain accurate service records and report completed work.
• Coordinate with suppliers or internal teams to obtain spare parts and tools.
• Provide technical advice and basic training to customers on equipment use.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of vocational training; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Valid driving licence with ability to operate a motorcycle and/or a four‑wheel vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
