Field Service / Biomed Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Field Service / Biomed Technician to install, calibrate, and maintain biomedical equipment at customer sites. The role involves daily travel, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering high‑quality service to healthcare clients.

Key responsibilities

• Install new biomedical equipment, establish, adjust, calibrate and test performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules and manufacturer instructions.
• Conduct functional tests, troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Submit fully furnished service reports daily for validation and calibration certificates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide on‑site support.
• Attend required trainings and perform administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
• Carry out ad‑hoc tasks and support management when requested.

Required profile

• Graduate of Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent TESDA biomedical courses.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Field Service or Biomedical Technician.
• Ability to travel daily and work on‑site across assigned areas.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and good communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo several months of training to enhance technical knowledge.
• Ability to think clearly and provide practical solutions in difficult situations.
