About the role
The Business Development Associate will drive growth by expanding the broker client base and property listings for people searching for their dream homes. Working within the Business Development team, you will focus on acquiring new clients through telesales and partnership initiatives in the real‑estate sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through existing and new partnerships across the real‑estate industry.
- Assist the Business Development department in creating and championing new processes, projects, and products.
- Support the onboarding of partners and clients, ensuring smooth integration and strong relationships.
- Maintain and grow the client database by building and nurturing broker relationships.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of relevant experience in sales or telesales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong sales and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a high‑energy team environment.
- Well‑organized and structured working style.
