About the role

The Field Marketing Services Specialist for Bread Business ensures agency governance and merchandising excellence across Modern Trade accounts. This role partners with agencies to deliver compliant, efficient, and performance‑driven merchandising operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage agency governance, including SLA compliance, performance monitoring, and resolution of operational gaps.
• Drive in‑store merchandising excellence by ensuring product availability, visibility, planogram compliance, and promotion execution.
• Partner with agencies to build capability, optimise manpower deployment, and improve productivity.
• Lead audits, reporting, and performance tracking using scorecards and KPI‑driven evaluations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance merchandising efficiency, compliance, and cost effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in field marketing, merchandising, or FMCG operations.
• Strong background in agency management and governance.
• Proven experience in modern trade execution and merchandising standards.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for field audits and store visits.
