Field Execution Manager, Lead

About the role

The Field Execution Manager, Lead is responsible for ensuring perfect‑store guidelines are executed to standard across the assigned area in the Philippines. Working closely with account, territory and distributor managers, the role drives planning through to execution of national and area‑specific campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong partnerships with customers through regular engagements, planning sessions, trade visits and meetings.
• Collaborate with Shopper Marketing, Category Activation and Account/Distributor managers to align brand and account strategies.
• Oversee execution of ISE programs, campaigns and promotions in stores within the managed area.
• Attend business rhythm meetings such as Customer Days, Area Coordination Meetings, Mid‑cycle and Annual Business Reviews.
• Coordinate with Field Sales Managers to manage budgets, allocate campaign funds, evaluate usage and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Utilize shopper insights to contribute to business strategy and planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer and account management within retail or consumer‑goods environments.
• Strong partnership and communication skills with decision‑makers and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, allocate resources and monitor campaign performance.
• Analytical mindset to translate shopper insights into actionable plans.
• Experience coordinating with sales, merchandising and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
