Field Engineer

About the role

The Field Engineer will be based on‑site at our Pagbilao plant, performing inspections, operating and monitoring key power generation assets, and carrying out routine minor maintenance. This role supports the safe and efficient running of boiler, turbine, generator and related balance‑of‑plant equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site inspections for PAG 1 to 3 systems.
• Operate and monitor boiler, turbine, generator and balance‑of‑plant (BOP) equipment.
• Perform routine minor maintenance on fire‑fighting pumps, emergency diesel generators and sewage treatment plant equipment.
• Oversee ash handling and flue‑gas desulfurization (FGD) processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards for all plant facilities.

Required profile

• Technical background in power plant or industrial equipment.
• Ability to work on‑site in a hands‑on environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Willingness to work on a probationary basis.
