Field Customer Expert

About the role

The Field Customer Expert is responsible for expanding the client base, securing new accounts, and driving profitability within an assigned sales territory. This role involves engaging prospects throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to converting interested buyers into long‑term customers, while adhering to company procedures and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients through regular visits, product updates, and event participation.
• Generate and qualify leads, educate prospects on product benefits, and convert them into loyal customers.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships by addressing support needs and responding to requests promptly.
• Represent the company at trade association meetings and exhibitions to promote products and identify potential clients.
• Monitor competitors, new product launches, and market conditions to inform sales tactics.

Required profile

• College graduate in Business Management, Communication, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience with a results‑driven mindset.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a 4‑wheel manual vehicle.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
