About the role

Salmon, a fast‑growing consumer fintech group in the Philippines, is looking for a Field Collections Officer to travel across Pampanga and other regions to collect overdue payments from clients. The role involves visiting customers’ homes or businesses, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely repayments.

Key responsibilities

Visit clients’ residences or businesses to collect overdue payments.
Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers who are behind on their bills.
Maintain follow‑up with clients to ensure payment deadlines are met.
Document every visit and interaction, keeping client information accurate and up‑to‑date.
Collaborate with the legal team when legal action is required for unresolved cases.

Required profile

Experience in debt collection or a similar customer‑facing role (preferred 1 year).
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or field‑based roles is an asset.
Knowledge of financial or debt recovery processes is beneficial.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicts.
