F&B and Event Service Expert (DIP)

About the role

The F&B and Event Service Expert creates memorable guest experiences by delivering seamless food, beverage, and event services. Working at a Sheraton property in Cebu, you will support a variety of events, from banquets to special functions, ensuring every detail aligns with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up tables, event materials, and service stations according to event specifications.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and back‑of‑house teams to coordinate food and beverage delivery.
• Greet, welcome, and serve guests with professional language and a courteous demeanor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and handle post‑event breakdown.
• Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies; report maintenance issues, accidents, or unsafe conditions.
• Uphold confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage or event service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work extended periods standing, walking, or bending.
