About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Batangas and is dedicated to teaching Medical Laboratory Science. Faculty members will design and deliver lectures, supervise laboratory sessions, and mentor students toward academic and professional success.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present lecture material for undergraduate and graduate courses.
- Facilitate hands‑on laboratory sessions, ensuring safety and learning objectives are met.
- Guide students in research projects, internships, and career planning.
- Develop and update curriculum in line with industry standards.
- Conduct scholarly research and publish findings.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and community outreach activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science.
- Master’s degree holder or a Medical Doctor.
- Registered Medical Technologist with preferably clinical experience.
