Factory Worker

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Factory Worker to join our fast‑paced production floor. You will help keep the line moving efficiently while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment according to standard procedures.
- Follow quality control measures and report any deviations.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Required profile
- High school or senior high school diploma.
- Less than 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting (preferred).
- Team‑player who is dependable, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
