Facilities Supervisor – BPO Operations

About the role

The Facilities Supervisor ensures uninterrupted business operations in a 24/7 BPO environment by overseeing the day‑to‑day supervision, operation, and maintenance of all site facilities, utilities, data‑center equipment, and security systems.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily facilities operations, including HVAC, electrical, UPS, and FDAS systems.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to guarantee continuous production.
• Inspect, test, and maintain data‑center equipment, servers, and related infrastructure.
• Oversee installation and upkeep of security systems such as NVRs, IP cameras, access control, biometric/RFID devices, and electromagnetic locks.
• Maintain infotainment assets including TVs, cable set‑top boxes, karaoke machines, and gaming equipment.
• Manage and coach direct reports and supervise outsourced contractors to meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Coordinate with lessors on leased‑space issues and support safety audits and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain accurate facilities records, asset inventories, and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years of facilities supervision experience in a BPO or similar 24/7 operation.
• Minimum 2 years of people‑management or supervisory experience.
• BOSH or COSH certification (required).

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC systems.
• Experience with UPS and critical power systems.
• Data‑center operations and server infrastructure maintenance.
• Electronics and security systems (NVR, IP cameras, access control, biometric/RFID, electromagnetic locks).
• Infotainment system maintenance (TVs, cable set‑top boxes, karaoke, gaming equipment).
• Preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Contractor and vendor management.
