About the role
The Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance, safety, and continuous functionality of MedGrocer’s workspace environments, ensuring an optimized operational infrastructure for the team.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise facility repairs, safety protocols, and daily preventive maintenance to ensure workplace reliability and compliance.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with third‑party suppliers and engineering contractors.
- Evaluate workspace functionality and lead space‑planning initiatives to improve office comfort and collaboration.
- Maintain databases of company assets, equipment records, space allocation, and consumable supplies.
