Facilities Management & Supplies Manager

About the role

The Facilities Management & Supplies Manager will oversee the upkeep, maintenance and engineering operations of our head‑office building and any stand‑alone stores. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure that facilities run smoothly, safely and cost‑effectively while supporting energy‑efficiency and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise general maintenance and engineering activities across the premises.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
• Lead construction, renovation and refurbishment projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets and safety standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and monitor service performance.
• Coordinate with tenants and internal departments to address facility‑related requests and issues promptly.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control and reporting for all facilities projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a professional licence.
• Minimum three years of experience in property, building or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building and equipment maintenance methods, operating requirements, safety precautions and construction operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control and vendor management.
