Facilities Management Executive

About the role

The Facilities Management Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operation, maintenance and safety of all company facilities. This role ensures that HVAC, electrical, plumbing and security systems remain functional, compliant and cost‑effective while supporting space planning and office moves.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and security systems.
• Oversee maintenance and repair activities, coordinating with external contractors and service providers.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Supervise facility management staff and third‑party personnel, providing guidance and performance oversight.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations such as OSH, ISO and SOC2 Type 2.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits and corrective actions.
• Manage the facility maintenance budget and control inventory of office assets, supplies and equipment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, evaluating performance and ensuring accreditation.
• Negotiate, review and monitor contracts to guarantee compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Support space planning, office relocations and facility upgrades.
• Handle executive assistance tasks for the CEO, including schedule management and travel coordination.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities or building operations management.
• Ability to supervise staff and third‑party service providers.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards such as OSH, ISO and SOC2 Type 2.
• Experience managing budgets, inventories and vendor contracts.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills for space planning and office moves.
