Facilities Lead

About the role

The Facilities Lead is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day facility operations, maintenance activities, and regulatory compliance. The role ensures that the building remains safe, operational, and well‑maintained while providing timely support to tenants and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor tenant compliance with building rules, safety policies, and lease‑related operational requirements.
• Supervise daily facilities operations, track corrective and preventive maintenance, and assist in creating maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular building inspections, assess facility conditions, and oversee service providers and contractors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly facilities status reports.
• Support occupational safety and health standards, coordinate fire safety inspections, and ensure emergency preparedness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial, warehouse, or commercial property management.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, property operations, and preventive maintenance systems.
• Familiarity with PEZA and industrial park procedures is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, documentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
