Facilities Helpdesk (Quezon City)

About the role

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Helpdesk professional to provide timely support for facilities‑related queries and issues at its Quezon City location. The role involves handling maintenance requests, coordinating repairs, and assisting users across the campus.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to facilities queries via phone, email, and in‑person.
• Log, prioritize and track maintenance, repair and renovation work orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as maintenance, security and housekeeping to ensure issue resolution.
• Provide guidance on facilities policies, procedures and available services.
• Monitor trends, generate reports and maintain accurate records of all requests and resolutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a facilities helpdesk or in facilities management operations.
• Ability to work a rotating six‑day schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using a ticketing system to manage work orders.
