Facilities Engineer (Laguna) – Warehouse

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Engineer to maintain and improve the warehouse’s facilities, infrastructure, and equipment in Laguna. The role ensures operational reliability, safety, and compliance while supporting warehouse operations with minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and maintain records of equipment and facilities, including as‑built drawings.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of handling machines such as conveyors, reach trucks, dock levelers, roll‑up doors, and automated systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control‑system issues on warehouse equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive‑maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
• Evaluate facility performance, recommend improvements, and track work‑request status.
• Monitor construction progress, ensure quality, budget, and deadline compliance, and coordinate with landlords and contractors.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, technical specifications, estimates, and participate in the bidding process.
• Support safety programs, ensure compliance with industrial‑park and local regulations, and assist with fire/earthquake drills.
• Perform administrative tasks such as purchase requisitions, vendor management, and utilities oversight.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering (PRC license preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in facilities engineering, maintenance, or warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical ability and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data‑analysis/visualisation tools.
• Experience with handling equipment, conveyors, and motor controls.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, preventive maintenance, and asset‑management practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and project‑management skills.
