Facilities Electrical Engineer

This position will focus on maintaining and improving the electrical and building systems that support the campus.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee reliable operation of electrical, MEPFS, STP, and building systems.
• Monitor and resolve technical issues and FMS tickets promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance checks, and performance validation.
• Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams for ongoing works and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (DOE, DENR, LLDA, LGU) and safety standards.
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare and submit technical reports, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and emergency preparedness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities, building operations, or maintenance engineering.
• Strong knowledge of facilities systems, power shutdown processes, and regulatory compliance.
