Eyewear Manager

About the role

The Eyewear Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience across multiple mall locations while overseeing daily store operations, visual presentation, and financial performance. This role combines leadership, inventory control, and process improvement to ensure smooth and profitable store functioning.

Key responsibilities

• Delegate and supervise business operations across 2 to 6 malls.
• Ensure 100% customer service standards are met.
• Train, motivate, and coach employees, providing performance feedback.
• Resolve customer and employee conflicts.
• Audit team processes to maintain company standards.
• Manage inventory requests, deliveries, and maintain 100% accurate counts.
• Analyze data to develop more efficient processes.
• Set and achieve business profit objectives.
• Generate reports for senior management.
• Enforce company policies and maintain store planograms and stockroom organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or extensive relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in retail or food operations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
• Financial acumen and goal‑oriented attitude.
• Proven customer management and staff supervision skills.
