About the role

The Risk Prevention Expert will lead safety and health initiatives to protect employees and customers at Tottus stores. Working within the company's Safety and Health Management System, you will ensure compliance with operational standards and legal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and enforce operational safety standards defined by the Risk Prevention Sub‑Management.
• Monitor correct execution of company procedures to reduce accidents and lost work days.
• Investigate incidents using causal‑analysis methodology and report findings.
• Provide first‑aid assistance to customers in case of accidents and lead subsequent investigations.
• Ensure compliance with national safety, risk and environmental health laws.
• Lead implementation of MINSAL protocols and coordinate evacuation drills.
• Maintain up‑to‑date statistics on workplace accidents and occupational diseases.
• Control contractor compliance according to law 20.123 DS 76.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in occupational safety or risk prevention.
• Engineering or technical background (engineer or technician).
• Preferable experience in the retail sector.
