Expert Communications & Engagement Associate

About the role

The Expert Communications & Engagement Associate owns end‑to‑end engagement of industry experts, from sourcing and qualification to conducting expert calls and building lasting relationships. This front‑line role captures high‑value market intelligence and nurtures a durable expert network for Dedale’s strategic intelligence projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research, and evaluate industry professionals and prospective executive candidates relevant to assigned research or talent mandates.
• Conduct outreach to engage professionals and candidates, and build relationships that support ongoing participation and future re‑engagement.
• Lead structured conversations to gather background, expertise, and insight, and accurately document findings.
• Assess and qualify the credibility and relevance of each profile before adding it to the database.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up‑to‑date records within internal systems.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills with confidence engaging senior professionals.
• Prior experience in research, interviewing, recruiting, sourcing, or client‑facing roles.
• Excellent online research abilities and sound judgment in assessing credibility.
• High attention to detail and comfort with structured documentation and data organization.
• Ability to manage high‑volume outreach while maintaining accuracy and quality.
