Executive Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Snapscale is looking for a full‑time Executive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive professional and personal administrative support to a senior client. You will act as a strategic proxy, managing calendars, communications, and personal tasks to maximize the client’s effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the client’s calendar, schedule and coordinate meetings.
• Organize the email inbox, prioritize messages, filter spam and set follow‑up reminders.
• Maintain digital files, notes and documentation in Practos.
• Assist with basic reporting in Practos, pulling data and updating records.
• Enter and update CRM information daily.
• Handle personal administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, reservations and reminders.
• Support budgeting by tracking expenses, updating spreadsheets and preparing summaries.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of executive assistant or administrative support experience, preferably for US‑based executives.
• Proven ability to manage calendars, inboxes and scheduling for senior leaders.
• Experience with personal or lifestyle coordination is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with CRMs and familiarity with task‑planning or workflow tools.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability in maintaining structured processes.
