About the role
Cyberbacker is seeking a proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for a coaching business. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to a fast‑growing virtual assistance company.
Key responsibilities
- Manage email inboxes, calendar scheduling, and to‑do lists for coaches.
- Run Zoom meetings and online webinars, including registration and follow‑up.
- Support virtual coaching operations: marketing, billing, payment collection, and attendance reminders.
- Handle routine workflow activities, such as researching customer service issues and providing feedback.
- Assist with help‑desk and customer service emails using templated responses.
- Maintain event registration data and process bulk registrations.
- Perform new instructor onboarding tasks and tagging.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable headset with noise‑cancelling feature and HD webcam.
- Computer meeting minimum specs: Intel i3/i5/i7 or AMD equivalent, Windows or Mac, 8 GB RAM, 60 GB free disk space.
- Stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps (DSL or fiber, no USB sticks or wireless‑only connections).
