About the role

We are seeking an Executive Vice President to lead strategic marketing and enrollment initiatives for our healthcare training programs. The role works closely with academic leadership to drive growth, enhance brand reputation, and ensure financial sustainability while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for healthcare training programs aligned with educational objectives and growth targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, including healthcare professionals, students, and organizations.
• Design and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns, industry partnerships, and targeted outreach initiatives.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective participants.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations, professional associations, and industry partners to promote program awareness.
• Lead integrated brand‑building campaigns using social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Collaborate with finance and academic leaders on pricing strategies, financial aid options, and revenue diversification.
• Monitor enrollment trends, revenue projections, and budget performance, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
• Strengthen alumni and industry partnerships to support mentorship, workforce alignment, and participant placement.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements for healthcare education.
