Executive Operations Manager

About the role

Trinitas Foods Corporation seeks a highly structured Executive Operations Manager to act as the right‑hand to the President/CEO. You will translate executive strategy into concrete actions across multiple business units, ensuring that plans, budgets, and standards are fully implemented on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a master execution tracker, flagging overdue or incomplete deliverables.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits to validate that directives and operational standards are truly executed.
• Monitor approved budgets, expenditures, and timelines, identifying delays or cost overruns.
• Follow up with department managers for proof of implementation and corrective actions, driving accountability.
• Inspect changes for compliance with quality and operational standards.
• Provide concise executive dashboards categorising status as Completed, Ongoing, Delayed, At Risk, or Requires CEO Decision.
• Escalate recurring gaps and bottlenecks directly to senior leadership.
• Maintain centralized action registers, audit evidence, and observation logs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field; Master’s or PMP is a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in Operations Management, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Audit or as a Chief of Staff in a multi‑unit environment.
• Proven ability to monitor multi‑branch execution and work directly with executive leadership.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with project‑tracking tools such as Asana.
