Executive Assistant – Remote/Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support our clients and ensure high‑quality service delivery. The role is remote‑hybrid, allowing you to work from a quiet home office while collaborating with the Customer Success team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients, delivering consistent quality on all tasks.
• Manage client expectations, complaints, and usage planning to increase account utilization.
• Perform daily health checks of client accounts and oversee task resolution in line with SOPs.
• Delegate work, monitor quality, and ensure timely completion of account clean‑up and time‑management activities.
• Identify learning opportunities and work with the Customer Success Manager on improvement recommendations.
• Securely capture and store client preferences and information according to SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• 1‑2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Fluent spoken and written business English.
• Excellent time‑management, attention to detail, and customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced technology environment.
• Dedicated home workspace with laptop, smartphone and reliable Wi‑Fi (≥10 Mbps).
• Immediate availability with updated NBI and Fit‑to‑Work clearance (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with web‑based applications.
