Executive Assistant (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

Donna is looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to provide day‑to‑day support to North‑American clients while working remotely from the Philippines. You will act as a trusted partner, handling calendars, communications and personal tasks to ensure smooth operations for your assigned executive.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Organize inboxes, draft and proofread communications.
• Handle personal errands and administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain high responsiveness during designated work hours.
• Anticipate client needs and create “moments of joy” that build trust.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable support role.
• Excellent spoken and written English with nuanced communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Full‑time availability, including a 3‑4 week paid training period starting the second week of June 2026.
• Filipino citizen based in the Philippines with a stable computer and internet connection.
