Executive Assistant & Project Management Officer

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant who will also act as a Project Management Officer (PMO). The role combines high‑level administrative support for senior leadership with the governance and oversight of cross‑divisional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance: schedule meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes and manage correspondence.
• Collect, enter, validate and analyse data to support decision‑making papers, presentations and routine reports.
• Maintain and update filing systems in line with company standards and ensure compliance with established processes.
• Identify recurring operational issues, escalating them when necessary.
• Establish and uphold project management standards, governance frameworks and best practices.
• Offer reporting, performance tracking and portfolio management to align projects with business strategy.
• Support project teams with oversight, documentation and decision‑making insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive, adaptable mindset and proactive learning attitude.
