Executive Assistant – Night Shift (US PST)

About the role

RZR is hiring a highly experienced Executive Assistant based in Manila to support the CEO on a night‑shift schedule aligned with US Pacific Standard Time. The role is part of a 24/7 EA coverage model, partnering closely with a day‑shift EA and reporting to the EA Lead to ensure seamless handoffs across time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the CEO’s calendar across US, APAC and EMEA, proactively resolving conflicts.
• Handle high‑volume inbox, drafting and responding on behalf of the CEO.
• Prepare meeting briefs, agendas and follow‑ups with clear action tracking.
• Plan and coordinate travel, logistics and scheduling across regions.
• Maintain organized documentation, trackers and priority lists, ensuring smooth daily handoffs between night and day shift EAs.

Required profile

• 10+ years of EA experience supporting C‑level executives.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and discretion.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working night‑shift hours aligned to US PST business hours.

Required skills

• Experience with AI and productivity tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Proficiency in project‑management platforms like JIRA and Confluence.
