About the role
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Segment Head and serves as a shared resource across the Segment, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the Segment Head.
- Maintain a confidential filing system for documents such as contracts, memos, and forms.
- Process payment requests and reimbursements for the Segment Head’s expenses.
- Develop presentations, correspondence, and related materials.
- Proactively follow up on client concerns to meet agreed turnaround times.
- Handle sensitive information with high confidentiality and discretion.
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and represent executives with professionalism.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Banking or Finance.
- At least 1 year of experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Willingness to work onsite in Makati.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
