About the role
Outsourcey is looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support its Directors and help drive the company’s mission of expanding global talent. This remote position offers the chance to work with senior executives in the finance and professional services sector, handling high‑impact investor and operational tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Directors’ calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics, including investor roadshows and board sessions.
- Triage inboxes, draft correspondence, and prepare agendas, briefing packs, and follow‑up notes.
- Track action items and ensure timely completion across multiple projects.
- Coordinate logistics for capital‑raising events, internal off‑sites, and conferences.
- Handle expenses, invoicing, document filing, and other administrative duties.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound investor enquiries, qualify leads, schedule calls, and distribute appropriate materials.
- Maintain the lead pipeline and support periodic investor updates and ad‑hoc communications.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience as an EA, VA, or operations coordinator supporting senior executives.
- Background in funds management, financial services, wealth management, or professional services is highly regarded.
- Hands‑on experience with monday.com or comparable CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
- Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to an investor audience.
- Strong organisational skills, high discretion with confidential information, and a self‑starter mindset.
- Availability during the Directors’ core business hours with flexibility for investor meetings.
- Nice to have: familiarity with AML/KYC processes, fund administration, and capital‑raising activities.
