Events Operations Supervisor I

About the role

The Operations Supervisor I will lead the planning, execution and reporting of Reed Exhibitions campaigns for RELX in Manila. This role ensures campaign goals are achieved, teams meet performance standards, and stakeholder expectations are managed effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the end‑to‑end planning, organizing, executing and reporting of Reed Exhibitions campaigns.
• Manage employee performance through orientation, training, coaching, performance appraisals and performance‑improvement programs.
• Monitor daily attendance, attrition and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle conflict and crisis situations, providing support and communication to team members.
• Submit weekly operation performance reports and monthly updates to business‑unit stakeholders.
• Drive productivity, timeliness, quality and accuracy targets for the team.
• Coordinate stakeholder expectations, manage workload distribution and lead process‑improvement initiatives.
• Support annual process audits and ensure compliance with operational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.
• Proven experience in supervising teams and managing performance metrics.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder‑management skills.
