Estimator (Night Shift & Work from Home)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Estimator to join a California‑based contractor on a permanent, night‑shift, work‑from‑home basis. You will be responsible for producing accurate cost estimates for high‑end outdoor construction projects in the United States, while enjoying weekends off and a supportive international team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for high‑value US outdoor construction projects.
• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify material and labor requirements.
• Collaborate with the international project team to ensure estimates align with design intent and client expectations.
• Maintain accuracy and meet tight deadlines while working night‑shift hours.
• Document assumptions, sources, and calculations for each estimate.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably with US projects.
• Comfortable working night‑shift hours and fully remote.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills for virtual collaboration.
